A loan request workflow focused on simplifying submission and approval.
Problem
The loan journey was slow and unclear — applicants didn't know the status, and reviewers handled unstructured requests.

Product design and end-to-end workflow definition.

Mapped the submit → review → approve journey, removed unnecessary steps, and made status visible at each stage.
